| Cafh today
Jorge Waxemberg was elected the director of Cafh in
1963 and works to this day on its teachings and in expanding
Cafh and its ideas. Throughout the years, Mr. Waxemberg
worked especially in forming groups of Cafh in many
countries throughout Latin America, North America, Europe,
the Middle East and Australia. In May of 2005, Mr. Waxemberg
retired from his position as director of Cafh.
José Luis Kutscherauer has been a member of
Cafh since 1961. In 1973 he entered a Community of Cafh
and since 1974 has collaborated in the work of Cafh
in many ways, working closely with Jorge Waxemberg.
When Mr. Waxemberg retired as director of Cafh, Mr.
Kutscherauer was elected to succeed him.
On May 23, 2005, the day he assumed his new position,
Mr. Kutscherauer emphasized: “Each one of us builds
the future with our daily work, as much in our private
lives as in the work dedicated to those who trust in
us. That future will be promising if we have the daring
not to structure ourselves in ideas. Let us not underestimate
the small miracles we can make happen every day: to
expand our consciousness, to generate peace, to create
harmony, to give love. One more drop of love is never
insignificant. It is what can change a life.”
With these words, he summarizes the direction he will
give to his work.
